La Boscosa Estate provides a blank canvas and the opportunity to craft your wedding or event to be uniquely you. Comfortably hosting up to 150 guests, vendors of your choice can be engaged to align to your style and requirements.
The Estate is just 25 minutes from Hastings Street, nestled within a lush macadamia orchard and overlooking a tranquil spring-fed lake. Surrounded by rolling hills and national parkland, the estate offers a rare sense of privacy and natural beauty. Its elevated position captures cool hinterland breezes, creating an idyllic setting for weddings year-round.

Event Details
Capacity
Rosewood Estate can comfortably host up to 200 guests, marquee required for events in excess of 50 attendees.
Venue Hire & Accommodation
Private access to the Rosewood Estate homestead and surrounding manicured gardens and amenities, with 2 nights accommodation included in each booking.
Music & Curfew
With our wonderful neighbours in mind, we request that music is off by 11.00pm and guests to depart by 11.30pm.
Marquee
The onsite marquee adorned with glittering fairy lights, and wooden flooring makes the estate the perfect location for your event rain, hail or shine.
Ceremony
Boundless options for ceremony sites are for the choosing, with various spectacular views to frame your event.
Wedding & Coordinator
We request that a wedding co-ordinator must be employed, ensuring that your very special day starts and ends just the way you want it.
Catering & Beverages
There are many award-winning caterers in surrounding south east corner of Queensland, enquire for our recommended supplier list. Caterers are requirement to supply their own equipment.
Suppliers & Vendors
Everyone has varying tastes, and engaging vendors of your choice allows you to make your event completely your own. Enquire for our recommended supplier list.
Accessing Beechmont
Beechmont can be accessed via Nerang to the east or from Canungra Valley to the west. Canungra Valley route affords easy and scenic driving, whereas while the road of from Nerang is a little steeper, the drive offers glimpses of the spectacular views and immerses you in the local flora.
Parking
Onsite parking is available for up to 50 cars, and an easily accessible driveway is perfect for coaches and pre-arranged transports.
We welcome and encourage pre arranged transport due to our rural location, with buses, taxis, ubers, limousines and even helicopters can be chartered for drop off and pick up.
Guest Accommodation
Local accommodation options are located throughout Beechmont and Lower Beechmont, from private Airbnb’s to large private estates. Alternatively, hosts and guests are may charter transport to return your event guests to the Gold Coast, being just a short 30-minute or 75-minute drive to Brisbane.
